We ONLY ship products to the contiguous 48 United States.

COURIER OPTIONS

We offer:

• JS Express or Amazon Standard
• FedEx/DHL or Amazon Expedited
• Amazon Priority

SHIPPING RATE

Standard Shipping rate:

If order value is over $55:

• Free Standard Shipping

If order value is under $55:

• $5 USD/order for Amazon Standard
• $7 USD/order for JS Express

Expedited Shipping rate:

• $10 USD/order for Amazon Expedited
• $18 USD/order for FedEx/DHL

Priority Shipping rate:

• $16 USD/order for Amazon Priority

*NOTE: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual order amount, please refer to the final settlement amount for the shipping cost.

HANDLING TIME

Your order will ship within 48 hours (if the shipment is from Amazon warehouse) or within 6-9 working days (if the shipment is from the company owned warehouse) from time of purchase. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Shipments from Amazon warehouse:

• 1-2 working days for Amazon Priority
• 3-4 working days for Amazon Expedited
• 5-6 working days for Amazon Standard

Shipments from Company owned warehouse:

• 10-12 working day for JS Express
• 5-7 working days for FedEx/DHL

HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. You can track your order by putting the tracking number into the box and click TRACK button on the 'Track My Order' page.
