MUCCCUTE shoes are sized according to American standards. To ensure a good fit, be sure to refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
Absolutely! MUCCCUTE offers a hassle-free solution for size mishaps. You can take advantage of their 30-day free exchange policy. Simply return the incorrect item and use the return process to request a new size in your preferred choice.
ORDERING
Please note that if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit, local sales tax/VAT and import tax/customs fees may be applied to your order upon delivery. These fees are not included in the total order amount and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please check with your local Customs Office.

We understand that plans can change! You can request a cancellation or modification to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just send us a message or email us at support@mucccute.com. Please note that once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

- If you receive your order and it isn't the perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free free replacement guarantee!
We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order (If the order is yet to ship). Just contact us at support@mucccute.com as soon as possible.
Please note: Once your order ships, we cannot modify the address.
At checkout, enter your discount code in the designated field and click "Apply." Your order total will automatically update to reflect the discount.

We strive to get your order out to you quickly!
Order processing time:
- 1-2 working days for shipments from Amazon
- 6-9 working days for shipments from the company owned warehouse
Shipments from Amazon warehouse:
- 1-2 working days for Amazon Priority
- 3-4 working days for Amazon Expedited
- 5-6 working days for Amazon Standard
Shipments from Company owned warehouse:
- 10-12 working day for JS Express
- 5-7 working days for FedEx/DHL
Please note: Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We'll keep you updated! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply head to our 'Track My Order' page, enter your tracking number or your order numer & your email address, and click "TRACK" to see the status of your delivery.

- In rare cases, holidays and unforeseen events (like natural disasters or customs delays) may cause delivery to take longer. We appreciate your patience!
No, at this time we only ship products to residences within the continental US.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Here's the entire process of returning a MUCCCUTE item:
- Prepare your order number and photos including the shoes & shoes' bottoms.
- Contact: support@mucccute.com with the information mentioned above to request a return.
- Once we confirm the order is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return address.
- After you ship out the item, send an email with the courier name and the tracking number to support@mucccute.com.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
MUCCCUTE doesn't currently offer direct exchanges. However, for the fastest turnaround, we recommend:
- Returning your current item following our return process (refer to the return policy for details).
- Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate new order for the desired item.
There is no restocking fee for returning an items. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or damaged due to our fault.
